Lilia Mercedes Halpern is a Massachusetts singer/songwriter/musician.
Her band INCINERATOR started during the
wave of early 90's bands that emerged from the Boston music scene, mostly playing local venues as an opener for bands like American Music Club,Madder Rose,Versus, Helium, Polvo, Morphine, Dumptruck &
others. INCINERATOR's songs appeared in the 1997 film & soundtrack for "BANDWAGON".
